Happy Thursday everyone! Welcome back to the blog and thank you for checking back in. This week, we are so very excited to be unveiling a brand new series of posts on the blog. I am in finals week, so I am starting to see the light at the end of the Plaza… because SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE! Finally! Pool days, warm weather, and popsicles are upon us and we could not be more excited. Summer is very nostalgic for me. It reminds me of summer reading at the library, visiting water parks with my brother, and trying to find any way to stay cool.
Exciting news! This summer will be my first summer in Old Towne Orange! Last summer, I went home for the break but this summer, I could not stay away. I will be here giving you all the up-to-date buzz, events, and scoop that OTO has to offer. And with that, comes the beginning of our OTO summer blog posts: summer preparation, fitness, and health! If your goal is to get more active during this Southern California summer, this blog is for you! Summer is the perfect opportunity to get active, get involved in your community, or try something new!

Pilates Encore – Nestled in the peaceful gardens of The Potting Shed is Pilates Encore. They offer private lessons, duets and trios. They strive to bring the small time charm of Old Towne Orange into their studio and into their practice. Consider visiting Pilates Encore for some emotional, mental, and physical self-care this summer.
PaKua Martial Arts – If you’ve driven through the traffic circle in Old Towne Orange, then you’ve no doubt seen the PaKua studio located on the corner where Plaza Square meets W Chapman. Since 2009, this location has provided the Plaza with a little extra energy, with Martial Arts, Yoga, Acrobatics, Tai-Chi and more happening behind their big glass picture window. PaKua is good for all ages and will be a great activity for your summer breakers!
