FRIDAY, MAY 10, 2024

FREE Museum | The Hilbert Museum of California Art 
10:00AM-5:00PM (every Friday and Saturday)
The Hilbert Museum is home of one of the world’s largest collections of California narrative art. Founded through the ongoing generosity of art patrons and philanthropists Mark and Janet Hilbert, it represents the only museum in the world committed to tracing the rich, iconic history of the Golden State from the late 19th century to the present day through works by leading California Scene artists and Hollywood studio artists and animators.

FREE Farm Fridays | OHG Education Farm
9:00AM-11:00AM (every Friday)
If you are interested in volunteering on the farm, please contact their farm volunteer coordinator Christine Clarke: [email protected] for more information. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Waiver must be completed prior to volunteering on site. FREE Teen Game Day (Grades 7-12) | Orange Public Library
3:30pm – 5:30pm
Drop in and play games on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. Tabletop games will also be available. (Grades 7-12). Program location: Homework Center

9:00AM – 1:00PM
Live music, the OHG Kid’s Club, yoga classes, cooking demos, pet-sitting (Park Your Paws), market tours, EBT/Market Match & food trucks make our market a must-visit Saturday spot for the whole community. 

FREE OHG Farmers & Artisans Market 13th Anniversary and Scholarship Recipients and Volunteer Awards Ceremony | Orange Home Grown – 303 W. Palm Ave.
9:00AM – 1:00PM
Come out and celebrate the 13th anniversary of the farmer’s market! We will be awarding the OHG Scholarship recipients and will be recognizing some volunteers who have gone above and beyond to support our community efforts! Awards ceremony will take place at 10am in front of the market information booth. 

FREE Math Challenge (Grades 2-6 & Caregivers) | Orange Public Library
10:30am – 11:30am
Come test your math knowledge with challenging number puzzles, shapes, and real-life problems. Presented by Bridge Education. (Grades 2-6 & Caregivers)

FREE Santiago Creek Clean-up | Yorba Park
9:00am – 11:00am
Join the Santiago Creek Greenway Alliance community to clean-up the creek.  Pick up trash, pull weeds, remove invasive plants, water new seedlings & sometimes even plant new trees and shrubs along the creek.  We meet the second Saturday from 9 – 11 am.
