With Spring and Summer just around the corner, I decided to provide you with a few quick deets about fitness opportunities and track usage in Old Towne Orange for those of you looking to get active! Pilates Encore located on 536 N Glassell St offers a variety of cardio fitness, postnatal, and pilates classes. The Bite Market offers weekly yoga classes for just $10 a class. There’s also a great local Boot Camp here in Old Towne Orange called Hit the Mark Fitness. If you’re looking for something a little different, check out PaKua in OTO which offers Yoga, Acrobatics, Kick Boxing, Martial Arts and Swords for adults and children as well as martial arts. For those of you looking for a place to exercise outdoors, I have provided information below regarding the hours during which Chapman University‘s Lastinger Athletics Complex track and football field are open to the public for usage.
Chapman University Lastinger Athletics Complex Public Hours:
Mondays: 6am-1pm, 8pm-10pm*
Tuesdays: 6am-8am; 12pm-2pm
Wednesdays: 6am-1pm
Thursdays: 6am-8am; 12pm-2pm
Fridays: 6am-1pm
Saturdays: 12pm-3pm
Sundays: 9am-1pm
*Night hours are only if a game is not in session. Usage of the track is fine if practices are going on, but not while games are in session.
