Steak Caprese Recipe

Now that spring has officially sprung there’s so much to look forward to in the sunny months ahead. Students are in their last stretch of the school year and we can feel the anticipation floating through the through the streets of Old Towne Orange. Now that our SoCal spring weather is here to stay, it’s time to start firing up the grills and get those backyard barbeques rolling. Grilling is a must during this time of year, because it’s the perfect excuse to get outside and celebrate the pleasant change in season! We decided to share one our favorite BBQ recipes for a refreshing way to end a warm day. If you’ve never had a caprese steak before, you’re in for a special treat! The mix of simple and fresh flavors complements each other so well, and makes for a fantastic outdoor dinner!
