Happy last Thursday of 2017! We hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and Hanukkah. Thank you for reading our blog, liking our Holiday Instagram posts, and loving the holiday season with us. This is the week of celebration, and it hasn’t ended yet! Does everyone have their New Years plans solidified? If you and your friends and family have not officially made the New Years Eve game plan, we have some suggestions for reigning in 2018 in Old Towne Orange! Whether you’re an Old Towne native or just visiting, consider starting your new year in our favorite city ever!
To start, The District Lounge is hosting their annual New Year’s Eve party, claiming you can “Party like its 3018!” Consider coming down to “The D” as the locals call it, and dancing in the New Year with Danger House. The District Lounge offers FREE Wifi, pool tables, and comfy booths! They will be open until 2 AM!
Next, Haven Gastropub will be open until the wee hour of 2 AM on New Year’s Eve as well. Haven Gastropub is located on South Glassell Street. On their Facebook page, they shared, “The gastropub movement started in the early 90’s in London, England. The idea of taking an existing pub, injecting a gourmet chef, and elevating the experience for its patrons crossed the pond and has been permeating this country for a few years now.” Join them for the New Year, they cannot wait to see you!
O’Hara’s Pub will also be open for business this Sunday until 2 AM. O’Hara’s is known for its Irish theme. They have pool tables, large television screens, and a nostalgic feel perfect for reigning in 2018! And who knows, maybe the luck of the Irish will inspire a lucky 2018!
Lastly, join Citrus City Grille for their New Year’s Eve celebration from 9:30 PM to midnight! Their celebration will include party favors, a champagne toast, and entertainment. You must make your reservations here. It is sure to be a blast!
Thank you again for the support in 2017. We are endlessly thankful for the love you show for I Heart Old Towne Orange. Have a fun and safe New Year’s Eve everyone! We will see you next year!
