Coffee – We have to start with my personal favorite (because I’m selfish) – COFFEE! Coffee keeps me going, whether it is the pre-class necessity or the afternoon treat, I can try and blame my mother for letting me try a sip of hers when I was younger, but it was only a matter of time. Luckily – one of our first blog posts of 2018 was our staff pick for coffee in OTO! If you haven’t read it yet, check it out here!

Craft Beer – For the quick after-work drink, The Wall must be your next stop! With over 50 types of craft beer, wine, kombucha and Nitro coffee on tap, The Wall will be the perfect stop to swing by during happy hour. The best part? You only pay for what you drink! So sample one beer (or two) and be on your way! From the website, they share, “It’s our desire that guests spend more time with each other recanting about the day than waiting on a bartender to pour them a drink.” There’s also Chapman Crafted! Their taproom is located on Cypress and is a great spot to stop for an after-work beer. They are a local family-owned, community-focused brewery, which is right up our alley here in OTO. You can also get a snack (best chips and salsa around, which can also be bought at our Saturday morning Farmer’s Market). Beer + Chips = Winning!

Boba – T-MILK is Old Towne Orange’s boba wonderland! Boba are sweetened gummy balls made from the tapioca root that pair perfectly with sweet teas, smoothies, and coffees. We recently wrote a blog post about them, welcoming them to Old Towne Orange – so read it here! This quick-service drink is perfect for after class, after lunch, or dessert.

Ice Cream Floats – What better dessert drink to remind us of our childhood than an old fashion Root Beer Float? If you’re in the mood for the best Root Beer Float Old Towne has to offer, swing by Watson’s Soda Fountain and Cafe! This would be perfect for the kids, for a date, and for the entire family!

The next time you’re looking to quench your thirst, get a caffeine boost, or try something new, Old Towne Orange has you covered! We know that time is valuable, and we want to make sure you do not feel pressed for time next time you visit OTO! Thank you for reading everyone! Have a great weekend and we will see you in Old Towne!
