Owned by Phil Hernandez and Eric Webb, this punk rock inspired barber shop caters to the ‘walk-in’ client with Men’s Cuts at $20, Straight Razor Shaves at $20 and a Single Clip Buzz at $10.
The Perfect Circle, cleverly named for the shape of its product, is quite possibly the sweetest spot in all of Old Towne Orange. What’s that I hear? A rumble of dissent at my proclamation?
