Can you believe that Easter is almost upon us? Well, whether you’re six or sixty, we promise that these lovely Easter brunches will please everyone in the family! Ways & Means Oysters will be having an Easter brunch and dinner so you can take your pick. Brunch will be served from 10 am – 4 pm and is $25 per person. The menu will include delicious items such as smoked deviled eggs with salmon mousse, blueberry pancakes with brüléed banana, and a house made chocolate brownie, served with vanilla ice cream, peanut butter mousse and raspberry coulis. Easter dinner will be from 5 – 9 pm and is $45 per person. The dinner menu will include creamy lobster bisque with avocado crème fraîche, seared Scottish salmon with confit of heirloom tomato and citrus peppercorn butter, and Fuji apple cobbler with a caramel bacon glaze. All of these meals were created by chefs de Cuisine Benjamin Wallenbeck and Justin Odegard with sustainable ingredients at the ready, so diners can enjoy a delicious meal while supporting local products. Haven Gastropub has recently kicked of their weekend Beer Brunch. Duck Eggs & Hash with shishito peppers, fingerling potatoes, and bell pepper aioli sounds pretty amazing to me.
