A guide to Old Towne Orange
The Hilbert Museum of California Art is hosting a night of live Brazilian music! Musicians will feature guitarist Tony Tripp and friends! The program will range from bossa novas by the great Antonio Carlos Jobim (“The Girl from Ipanema,” “One-Note Samba,” “Agua de Bebe” and more) to solo guitar pieces by Heitor Villa-Lobos. Joining Tony in the ensemble will be Edwin Porras on bass, Rumi Flute on flute and Sam Thompson on trumpet and fluegelhorn. Enjoy authentic music surrounded by gorgeous artwork! The museum will remain open at least a half-hour after the performance so you can stroll around the museum.
