Valiant Brewing Company - New Tasting Room in Orange

Wanted to share with all you crafty brew lovers out there a new tasting room in Orange. It’s called Valiant Brewing Company. Owned by Brian and Kelly Schroepfer, it’s a great little Saturday afternoon pit stop. I stopped by last Saturday to check it out and try the beer. Between the 3 of us that went, we tasted all of the beers on their tasting menu. Let me just disclaim that I am not a beer aficionado so in no way will I attempt to critique the beer, other than to tell you that we really enjoyed most of them. Owners Brian and Kelly are both extremely friendly, as most brewers I’ve ever met are, and knowledgable about their beers. I was super interested to find out that both were aerospace engineers in their prior-to-beer-crafting lives. They have 2 adorable daughters (that my daughter had a ball playing with) and bring a very family-friendly feeling to the tasting room.

Currently you can find their beer on tap at Smoqued in Old Towne Orange and you can enjoy their tasting room Thursday’s and Friday’s from 5-9pm and Saturday’s from Noon to 9pm. They are located at 2294 N Batavia Street, Unit C in Orange.
