This core strengthening variation has proven to burn up to 60% more calories than running alone. They are the only studio in our area to use Whole Body Vibrations (WBV). This particular method uses vibration to stimulate the muscles resulting in a more effective workout. How much more effective you ask? 10 minutes of WBV is equivalent to a regular 40 minute workout. It really doesn’t get better than that!
