Happy Thursday everyone! This week, as I was scrolling through the I Heart Old Towne Orange Instagram, I saw a friend post about this great acai bowl place in the Plaza, one I had never seen before! I asked her ‘how have I not seen the chic decor or simple menu on my Old Towne Orange strolls,’ and she told me that they had just opened.
That is why this week, we want to give a huge I Heart welcome to one of the newest and most fruity bars in the circle: Impact Juice Bar! Just a little over two weeks ago, Impact Juice Bar joined our Old Towne Orange community and we could not wait another week without checking them out! Located on South Glassell St, Impact Juice Bar is your next stop to order a delicious juice, smoothie, protein shake, acai bowl and more!
When we went into the juice bar, the friendly “juicers” greeted us, and we made sure to follow their Instagram account before ordering “The Amazing Bowl.” The Amazing Bowl is your standard acai bowl with an acai, blueberry, banana, coconut milk powder, coconut, and chia seed base topped with granola (vegan and non-vegan options), banana, blueberry, coconut, and agave. It was DELICIOUS and hit the spot on that particularly warm 85 degrees Southern California nearly winter’s day.
The Amazing Bowl is only one of their SIX acai bowls. In addition to The Amazing Bowl, they also have a Mango-Licious bowl, pitaya bowl, green bowl (with spinach, kale, and pineapple) and a nutty bowl (choice of almond or peanut butter). And the best part? For any Chapman University students reading, they have a Chapman University student discount!
