Just wanted to pass along an update to my previous post about The Bruery. They had originally planned to be open before the Street Fair, but of course, there were some hold-ups. They are anticipating to be open this month, in just a couple of weeks, no actual date is set though. Respects from an Architect: Preserving Old Towne Orange

The Old Towne Preservation Association is hosting their next general meeting on September 8. These meetings are open to the public. They are presenting Architect Troy Aday, who will speak about his role in Chapman University's renovation of several historic homes and buildings in Old Towne Orange. Aday will also talk about the renovations the University has slated for the upcoming year. Join them for refreshments and Old Towne updates!

Let the Good Times Roll at the Orange International Street Fair

It's right around the corner, only a couple of weeks away and there's great anticipation for this crazy-fun annual gathering of people (an estimated 500,000 of them) from all over the OC and beyond, called the Orange International Street Fair. I myself have been enjoying the Street Fair for a good many years now and while my enjoyment of the festivities has changed over the years as the kiddies have come along, I still make time to head on down with the fam for some great fare and a few beers...and we always run into people we know.
