OTPA Historic Home Tour

November 5, 2017 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

$25.00

Old Towne Preservation Association presents the 2017 Historic Home Tour November 4th and 5th 10:00am-4:00pm Old Towne Orange.

The one square mile of Old Orange area contains more than 1,400 structures built before 1940.  In 1997, Old Towne Orange became a national historic district and was placed in the National Registry of Historic Places. This makes it the largest residential historic district in the State of California.
This years home tour features 6 locations covering 3 of the 4 Old Towne quadrants.  A mixture of several architectural styles that Old Towne is known for.  Two of our properties this year hail from the South West quadrant, a rarity on the Home Tour.

We are honored to have for our guests to tour this year the following styles of properties……

“A Grand Craftsman Mansion” The largest Old Towne Home built
“A quirky one of a kind Mediterranean”
“Two side by side cottages built nearly 100 years before the current Tiny House Craze”
“A Classic California Craftsman Bungalow”
“A Grand Victorian from the hey day of Old Towne” Second oldest home in Old Towne
“A Classic wrap around porch Victorian, with a Hollywood twist” The house feature in the film “Big Mamma’s House”
