Real Estate for Hope is new in town and they’ve got a great spin on their business. With the tagline ‘Living is Giving,’ Real Estate for Hope is giving 15% of their earned commissions to the 501(c)(3) charitable organization of their client’s choice. I’d say that’s pretty amazing and a great way to kick off a business these days!

A huge part of what makes Old Towne Orange great is the architecture and the style of the beautiful buildings and homes. Many of the local buildings are historical landmarks and even if they are not, a lot of love and pride has been put into them to help them retain their glory from the last 100 years. Some of these homes are the beautifully restored Shaffer Cottages on S. Shaffer between Van Bibber and Culver. Six months worth of hard work and effort has been put into these cottages to make them as beautiful as they were when they were built in the 1920s.

All right, this is a pretty big deal for me and I’m excited to finally be offering a new section to you. I’ve had lots and lots of requests as it relates to finding real estate in Old Towne Orange and I’ve been thinking for many months now exactly how I can offer this content to you on my blog. After a bit of research, I discovered that I was going to need a sponsor for this section because not being a licensed real estate sales person/broker, I could not offer the content directly on my site without breaking DRE rules (and I don’t want to mess with the DRE, though I am in the process of getting my license again for extra back up).
