So, it was about 6 weeks ago that I heard about Hit the Mark Fitness. It was actually Lisa Mead of PJs Abbey who told me about it. She went on and on about how much she loved it, that it was right here at the Women's Club in Old Towne Orange and that it was an awesome workout.
