The City of Orange just released the “Our Orange” summer issue. It’s filled with so many fantastic and reasonably priced summer camps. Their wide variety includes programs like media arts, sports, veterinary science, fitness classes, and dance classes for all levels of ability. Basically, whatever your child is into, there's a camp for them. Classes start June 19th and spaces fill up fast! Be sure to sign up ASAP.
The Hart Park Pool will also be opening their doors on on June 19th! That means families are welcome to swim recreationally and register for swim lessons! They’ll have Mommy and Me classes, Water Aerobics, and Group/Private Lessons for all ages and skill levels. These are also very popular workshops. Don’t forget to sign up early.
If your kid loves cooking in the kitchen, then you MUST check out the tasty classes at Le Gourmet Culinary this summer! They offer five-day Cooking and Baking classes for children of all ages. Chapman University is also offering some awesome summer camps for the creative kind of kid. Their Choral Music Camp for High School Seniors is a week-long program featuring mixed choir, women's choir, and men's choir. All while Under the direction of Keith Hancock, 2017 winner of the GRAMMY® Music Educator of the Year.
There's also a super cool filmmaking camp on the calendar. For two weeks students will "live, breathe and eat filmmaking around the clock while being taught by Chapman faculty who are industry professionals and mentored by current Dodge College grad students and alumni." - Chapman University
