A new year signifies a fresh start and new beginnings. As we begin to embark on our personal goals and ambitions, our Old Towne Orange community has been cooking up some changes of it’s own. There have been new business popping up around town and we are super excited to give them each a personal debut on our blog. As our little corner of Southern California continues to grow, we can’t wait to check out these new businesses and report back you… stay tuned!

First on our list, is a tasty bakery that has been mixing up a great deal of buzz in our community. Haute Sweets Baking Co. has set up shop in the heart of Old Towne Orange. Located at 152 North Glassell St, they are tucked away in the alley across from Zito’s Pizza where the old Candies Apples and Sweets once lived. Friends Tolan and Lindsay have been serving up their “sweets with style” (as their tagline suggests) since 2014, and have recently opened this brick and mortar location last November.  From cookies to cake pops, they have it all! Whether you’re looking for a tasty breakfast bite or your sweet tooth is tingling after a delicious dinner at one of our favorite OTO restaurants, this your ultimate destination!

The fun doesn’t stop there. Aside from baking sweet snacks that you can enjoy at any time, Haute Sweets Baking Co. is famous for creating the ultimate dessert destination for parties and events. When we say famous we’re not exaggerating! They’re dazzling dessert bar was even featured recently on the Bravo Network show “My Fab 40!” If you want your next shindig to be just as marvelous as the television stars, you must start here! Whether you have a birthday, wedding, or family gathering in the near future, they will create fabulously decorated desserts to fit any theme or preference.

When we say totally customizable, we truly mean it. The party possibilities are endless with a menu including edible glitter cake pops, beautifully glazed doughnuts, mason jar cakes and unique cookie designs that are almost too beautiful to eat.
