Bring Pizzazz to your Patio Season in Old Towne Orange

One of my favorite August activities is enjoying the beautiful summer weather relaxing on a patio in Old Towne Orange. I don’t know about you but every opportunity I get, I dine outside! There are so many places to sit back and enjoy the outdoor ambience that Orange County has to offer. There’s nothing better than kicking back with a delicious meal and a refreshing cocktail while soaking up the summer sun. Whether you’re looking for a place to unwind after a long work day, or searching for your new favorite outdoor brunch spot, look no further. We’ve tracked down some of our favorite places to drink and dine outside.

If you want to be in the middle of all the Old Towne action Citrus City Grill is the spot to go. Their large patio has the perfect view of the always bustling Glassell Street. They have unnamed-1an amazing happy hour menu that runs seven days a week. The possibilities almost seem endless when trying to choose from their small plates options. The Ahi Poke, Blue Cheese Stuffed Dates, and BBQ Beef Short Rib Sliders are out of this world! Don’t get us started on the drinks. They have nine specialty martinis that will blow your socks off in addition to well drinks, wine, and beer.

While you’re on that side of the circle, hop across the street and check out Provisions Market. If you’re searching for something a bit more intimate, their back patio is a great place to go. Grab a tasty dish and select from their many craft beers. On Saturdays the Provisions Market patio is hoppin’ with their Rib’s and Rosé event. There you can enjoy Screen Shot 2016-08-05 at 11.23.05 AMendless Duroc Baby Back Ribs and bottomless Rosé before the summer is over!

The Filling Station is a great place if you want to enjoy a weekend brunch with the family. They have a beautiful outdoor seating area in the middle of all the Old Towne Orange action. Have a Sunday funday while sipping on Bloody Mary’s and Mimosas. Keep cool under the umbrellas during the warm, sunny days. In the chilly evenings it’s always fun to gather arunnamed-2ound their fire pits!

Great food and good music are the standard duet at The District Lounge. They have happy hour deals running all day and alternately changing food specials. Their cute and quaint  patio is located in the back of the bar. It’s the perfect spot to hang out and meet new people. They frequently have a DJ playing so don’t forget to bring your dancing shoes!

If you get the chance, be sure sure to check out some of our other favorite patios in Old Towne Orange. Watson’s Soda Fountain Cafe doesn’t only have great good but a full bar that serves amazing drinks. Rutabegorz has great vibes and delicious healthy food alternatives! Of Course we can’t forget about Haven Gastropub.o-3 They are always serving up all of our favorite beers with tasty mains and finger foods.
