Le Gourmet started offering cooking classes in 2014 with Chef Martin Gilligan. They created a culinary center so they could host hands on cooking classes for people who love to cook. Chef Martin is a five star chef and was an executive chef at Donald Trump’s Plaza Hotel, and the Four Seasons in New York and Orange County. He graduated with honors from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park New York and has also served on the faculty of Le Cordon Bleu U.S.A. and The Art Institute of California. The hands on teaching that you’ll receive from him in any of the classes will be useful and unforgettable. The classes that are offered at Le Gourmet capture a variety of flavors. The classes last for 3 hours. You’ll get hands on learning experience and one-on-one teaching from the chef. Le Gourmet loves to host parties, team building events, birthdays, bridal showers and more. Their state of the art kitchen design studio accommodates up to 12 people comfortably. They will design a custom menu just for you and your group.
