Orange Home Grown Farmers Market Turns 1 on Cinco de Mayo!
Be sure to come out and celebrate on May 5 for the 1 year anniversary of our very own Farmer’s and Artisan’s Market brought to us by Orange Home Grown. I have come to love this market over the course of the last year and though I find that I can’t make it there every Saturday, I am always so sad to miss it because the fruits and veggies at the store are just NOT the same!!!! I heart my farm fresh and local-yocal foodie fare!
Along with the delicious food, you can look forward to all the special events in store for this celebration! There will be special giveaways while supplies last, such as Orange Home Grown T-shirts to the first 200 people and market gift bags full of farmers market goodies. A face painter will be on site to paint both children and adult faces from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Gourmet certified raw food chef and television personality Kristen Gum will also be giving a special chef demonstration between 9am and 10am! Following that will be some special music presentations from 11am to 1 am by artists Exene Cervenka and Michelle Mangione, two very gifted women known for their extraordinary work and musical talents. Finally, there will be special anniversary treats provided by Sodexo and Chapman University, along with delicious specialty food trucks to help celebrate this event! Good food, entertainment, and fun–what more could you possibly ask for to celebrate your Cinco de Mayo?
Here’s your very own invitation to this anniversary event, hope to see you there!
