It’s about time a men’s clothing store opens up in Old Towne Orange. I stopped by Moonlight Graham to see what they were all about and was presented with a great store front and very cool digs behind them. Located just off the well-beaten path of the Circle, Moonlight is located at 401 W. Chapman Avenue. I met and chatted with Store Manager John Dahlgren, who is likely to be there greeting you when you stop by.

Please join the Old Towne Preservation Association for an evening of fine wines and hors d’oeuvre offered amidst a setting of live music and fine art. The event will feature a variety of foods and wines of Mediterranean Europe that have played a vital role in the development of California cuisine. Premium guest prizes also will be raffled off to lucky attendees. You’re invited to raise a glass and toast this exciting cause!

The Bite Market just launched their online store. I think this is pretty exciting stuff, especially for those of us who are busy and shop late at night or lazy and just love our computers (I definitely ‘heart’ my MacBook). Anyway, as The Bite Market picks up awareness by ‘us’ locals (and hopefully we’ve been telling ALL our friends about them), I’m happy for this next step of theirs.

Well 2010 was quite a ride for me as it relates to the kick-off of I Heart Old Towne Orange. It’s been so much fun and I wanted to share with you all a few thoughts and updates for 2011. First, I am so excited for all that I Heart Old Towne Orange has become, it’s such a wonderful community and that’s because YOU are such an active part of it. I hope you continue your interest this year, tell more of your friends and help to grow our community throughout the city of Orange and beyond. There’s a few things I want to kick off this year and I’d love to get your feedback.

The City of Orange has kicked off a program for residents of Orange who are serving in the military. You can put the person’s name on a banner and the banner will be put up in Old Towne Orange and spread out to Tustin Avenue. There are 6 banners up to date and it looks like the next batch of them will go up this May…
